Redbud Medical Aesthetics LLC (“Redbud Medical Spa,” “Redbud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at redbudmedicalspa.com (the “Site”), how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. Please read it alongside our Terms & Conditions.
This policy covers information collected through the Site only. Medical and treatment records created when you become a patient of the practice are protected health information governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect the information you choose to submit through forms on the Site:
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, your message, and optionally your phone number and treatment interest.
- Treatment quiz: your email address and your quiz answers (treatment area, concern, experience, comfort level, and timeline), and optionally your name.
- Referral program: the name and email of the person making a referral, and the name, email, and optionally the phone number of the friend being referred.
- Newsletter / event signup: your email address.
Please do not submit medical history or health details through the Site's free-text fields. If you have a medical question, please call or text us at 720-593-8844 so we can help you securely.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type and operating system (user agent), and the pages you view. We use one first-party cookie, redbud_admin, onlyfor staff who log into our private admin area — ordinary visitors never receive it.
What we do not collect on the Site. To be clear about our minimal-data approach, the Site does not collect payment or credit card information, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, insurance information, or medical records; it does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, social-media trackers, or any third-party tracking cookies; and it does not collect biometric data, precise location, or file uploads.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and contact requests;
- provide your personalized treatment-quiz recommendations;
- administer our referral program and apply any rewards;
- send you newsletters, event invitations, and marketing communications you have asked to receive (you can opt out at any time);
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site; and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your inquiry, appointments, and — where you have opted in — promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consenting to marketing texts is not a condition of receiving any service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, and only as needed for them to perform that work:

When you click an outbound link (for example, “Get directions” to Google Maps or a link to our Google or Yelp reviews), you leave our Site and the third party's own privacy policy applies.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of our patients, staff, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy).
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and access controls that limit who can view stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep your information
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Colorado residents, under the Colorado Privacy Act, have the right to: confirm whether we process your data and access it; correct inaccuracies; delete your data; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data, serve targeted advertising, or conduct such profiling. You also have the right to appeal a denial of a request. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have similar rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Health information
Some quiz and contact-form fields invite information about your aesthetic interests or concerns. Information you submit through the Site before becoming a patient is treated as a marketing inquiry, not as a medical record. Once you establish care with the practice, the medical information we create and maintain about you is protected under HIPAA and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies and your choices
We use only the single first-party admin cookie described above; we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not work as intended. Because we do not track visitors across sites for advertising, there is no targeted-advertising activity for you to opt out of.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
