Aftercare & Recovery

Avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas for 24 hours. Refrain from strenuous exercise and alcohol for the rest of the treatment day. Stay upright for at least 4 hours after injection. Minor redness or small bumps at injection sites are normal and resolve within a few hours. To minimize bruising, avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (when medically appropriate) for a few days before and after treatment.
